Shipping & Delivery
Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your specific location within Karachi and the size of the appliance you order. You will see the final delivery charge at checkout before you confirm your order.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to get your appliances to you as fast as possible. Our standard delivery time within Karachi is 2 to 5 working days. During sales or public holidays, please allow a little extra time.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order details.
Verification: Our customer support team may call you to verify your address and availability.
Dispatch: Once confirmed, your item is dispatched, and you will receive your Digital Invoice via email (save this for warranty!).
Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
Currently, Twister Home Appliances operates and delivers exclusively within Karachi, Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping or out-of-station delivery at this time.
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
Since our warranty and invoicing are digital, we do not include paper prices in the box. If you are sending a gift, simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout, but use your own email address so the invoice (warranty card) comes to you, keeping the surprise intact.
Payment Information
How is the recipient reimbursed?
If a refund is approved (e.g., if a replacement is not available), we will reimburse you via Bank Transfer.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Since the majority of our orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), we cannot refund cash at your doorstep. We will request your bank account or JazzCash/EasyPaisa details to transfer the approved refund amount securely.
Orders and Returns
How long do I have to return an order?
ou must inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you find any damage or manufacturing defects, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Note: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or personal preference once the item is delivered.
How can I return an item?
If your item is defective or damaged:
Take a picture or video of the fault.

Our team will verify the claim and arrange a replacement or solution.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, you will receive the exact model and specifications listed. However, please note that product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in color shade or finish may occur due to studio lighting or screen resolution, but the quality remains 100% authentic.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes! We regularly update our inventory. If a product you want is out of stock, please contact our support team to get an estimated arrival date or to reserve your unit in advance.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your sales receipt is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This digital invoice serves as your Official Warranty Proof, so please save it. If you lose it, contact support, and we will resend it.
