At Twister Home Appliances, we check every product before dispatch. However, we understand that manufacturing issues can occasionally happen.
Our policy is simple: We offer replacements for defective or damaged items. We do not offer returns or refunds for “Change of Mind” or personal dislike.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You are eligible for an exchange or return only under the following conditions:
- Defective Product: The item arrived non-functional or has a manufacturing defect.
- Damaged on Arrival: The product was physically damaged during shipping.
- Wrong Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.
Note: Claims for damage or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Scenarios
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
Change of Mind: Reasons such as “I don’t like the design anymore” or “It looked different in my imagination” are not valid for returns.
Usage: The item has been used, plugged in, or is not in its original condition.
Missing Packaging: The original box, tags, or accessories are missing

Resolution: Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund if the item is out of stock.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the physical address received for our WhatsApp number +92 339 8947837
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
